The Challenge
Healthlink BC needed a comprehensive and adaptable contact centre solution to enable them to better meet the health needs of residents.
The Results
We provided a bespoke PRM solution for Healthlink BC in partnership with Healthwise. Users of the service are dealt with by Health navigation agents who help determine the most appropriate routing for their health needs or queries.
